Tacoma delegation visits Sister City Biot

Led by Tacoma Sister Cities Biot Committee Chair Catherine Sarnat, among the travelers with her were Mayor Victoria Woodards; Debbie Bingham, project manager with the City of Tacoma and its Sister City liaison; and Tacoma glass artist Tony Sorgenfrei. All of them came back full of joy and appreciation for how they were received in Biot and it’s all thanks to the sister city relationship that started 12 years ago..
