Dr. Etga Ugur’s remarks will offer a political and historical context to the most recent episode of war and humanitarian crisis in Israel-Palestine. He will discuss the roots, evolution, and political dynamics of the conflict with a focus on the roles played by key regional forces and actors in the Middle East.
